B Imprisonment for one year, each of the defendants H and G shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

In the Cheongju District Court on February 10, 2017, Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment for 4 years and 6 months, Defendant H was sentenced to imprisonment for 2 years, Defendant G was sentenced to imprisonment for 3 years, and both Defendants were appealed and pending trial.

A is the general manager of the organization committing the crime of fraud, including: (a) having the office of “Y”, “Z”, “AB”, “AB”, and “AC” operated by the HT site (HU, so-called “protruding site”), which is a fake stock site that does not receive money from people in China, and does not receive money; (b) recruiting employees to work in the above office in Korea; (c) providing the account to be used for the crime; and (d) withdrawing and managing the money deposited in the criminal account.

Defendant

B is a person in charge of withdrawal from A’s accommodation, storage of criminal proceeds, and fund management, and a person who is not aware of his/her name acts as a person in charge of the management and staff of the above office, a total account for the recruitment and supply of passbooks, public relations of the above site, and a total account management, and Defendant G and Defendant H are domestic cash withdrawal teams.

The Defendants, along with A, leased the respective local offices of “YY”, “Z”, “AC”, “AAB” and “AB” on the apartment in China’s Cheongdo and continuous navigation, installed facilities such as computers, books, and shared their respective duties, such as the recruitment of domestic total sales, public relations, management, and settlement of criminal charges, and advertised by using the Internet Pest North Korea, portal sites, etc.

The Defendants, along with A, have a person who reported and contacted the above advertising, join the fake Internet website, such as a stock trading site, etc., and, if they deposit money with a person by inducing a person to deposit money, “if the following exchange rate is higher than that of general securities by investing in an investment site in a foreign country at the time of increasing investment, the rate of return is higher than that of the general securities.”
