1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 99,05,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 1, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act, and the main sentence of Article 257 (1) of the same Act, which applies to Acts and subordinate statutes.
