1. The Defendant is jointly and severally and severally with Nonparty B and C to KRW 125,00,000 for the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff as from May 21, 2017 to November 28, 2017.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” is deemed to be the “Defendant”, but the obligor B and C respectively became final and conclusive. 2. Judgment by service by public notice based on recognition (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
