except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

From May 2012, the Defendant provided victims E who run a synthetic resin wholesale and retail chain D, which is located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, with technology and information about the development of paint and transaction companies, etc., and received the distribution of profits from the production and supply of paint receipts and disbursements, and made related transaction companies to take charge of quality inspection, payment, and settlement affairs of the products of related transaction companies supplied to the above D.

1. Occupational embezzlement;

A. On July 1, 2014, the Defendant embezzled KRW 62,138,000,000, when he/she received KRW 3,168,000 from the victim to FF to the Defendant’s National Bank G account, and he/she was on his/her business custody for the victim, the Defendant embezzled KRW 62,138,000 in total over 71 times from July 1, 2014 to August 29, 2014, including the transfer of KRW 1,40,000 to his/her credit card payment from the PC bank in which it is difficult to know the trade name in the PC-gu, YY-gu, the Defendant used the Defendant’s credit card payment and insurance contract payment.

B. From September 1, 2014 to September 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 34,650,000 won from a victim’s credit sales on credit; (b) transferred 34,650,000 won from the victim’s credit to the Defendant’s National Bank G account; and (c) temporarily embezzled using 20,000,000 won as the Defendant’s personal debt payment from the PC bank in which it is difficult to know the trade name in the PC-gu, the same day was kept for the victim; and (d) used 20,000,000 won as the Defendant’s personal debt payment from September 1, 2014 to September 10, 2014; and (e) consumed 34,650,000 won in total by means of the Defendant’s personal debt payment and credit card payment on ten occasions as indicated in the attached List (2).
