Reasons
1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance citing this case is identical to the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance citing this case as it is in accordance with Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
(2) The defendant's appeal is dismissed on the ground that the court of first instance is justifiable, since the court of first instance has no errors as alleged in the grounds for appeal by the defendant, even if the defendant did not examine the evidence which the court of first instance legitimately adopted and examined.
