On August 17, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 13, 2019.

On January 3, 2020, around 14:30 on January 3, 2020, the Defendant driven a C-A-to-purd vehicle without obtaining a driver's license in approximately 4km section from around 4km to the next road, from the adjacent road in Yongsan-gu Seoul.
