The defendant is a person who operates a DNA driving school with the sixth floor of the building C in Busan Northern-gu. 602.

On December 10, 201, the Defendant came to know that 80% of the tuition fees paid by the trainees can be paid to the individual account of the trainees, which was recognized by the head of the Busan Employment and Labor Office in accordance with Article 24 of the Workers’ Vocational Skills Development Act. On December 10, 2011, the Defendant applied for training subsidies as if the training courses were completed by lending the name of high schools, universities, post distribution of universities, and members of society, and received the subsidies from the Minister of Employment and Labor to the individual account of the trainees by receiving the subsidies from the trainees.

On January 13, 2012, the Defendant: (a) voluntarily issued a cash receipt certifying the payment of KRW 250,000 of the tuition fees to improve the worker’s ability to perform duties, as the Defendant had completed the training course recognized by the pertinent D Research Institute from December 12, 201 to January 11, 2012, from the planning department of the Busan Employment Center of the second floor Busan Employment Center of the 9 COSM building, as the name of the Busan Northern-gu, Busan, the Defendant: (b) voluntarily issued a cash receipt certifying the payment of KRW 250,00 of the tuition fees.

On January 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) caused the Victim’s Busan Employment and Labor Branch Office to transfer KRW 200,000 to the bank account (F) under the name of the Plaintiff’s name as a training support on January 25, 2012; and (b) acquired the same amount by acquiring it by means of return from E; (c) and (d) obtained a false trainee’s list from May 27, 2013, using the list of 15 trainees registered by May 27, 2013; and (c) obtained by defrauding KRW 15,4
