With respect to the foregoing case, this Court "(D) accounts for the Saemaul Treasury" among the criminal facts of the judgment rendered on August 16, 2017.

Reasons

Since there is an obvious error in the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio pursuant to Article 25(1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure and it shall be decided as per the order.
