1. The defendant shall pay 87,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from May 29, 2009 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Loans of KRW 87,00,000 on July 4, 2005, KRW 10,000 on August 11, 2005, KRW 14,000 on November 14, 2006, KRW 50,000 on November 18, 2006, and loans of KRW 87,000,000 on November 50, 2006, and the loans of KRW 200,000 on May 29, 2009, calculated annually from May 29 to full payment date under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc. from May 29 to the date on which the written application for change of the purport of this case and the cause of the claim is served.
