A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

1. Defendant A’s crime;

A. (1) On August 2015, the victim D embezzled away objects from possession (1) at a place where it is difficult to know the Seoul Special Metropolitan City or less, and while driving a cab for business use, the victim D embezzled this by taking necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim, who was a drunk guest D, while driving a cab for business use, and instead, by taking the necessary procedures, he/she embezzled the Korea Security & Security Department’s KS card (SerialF) on his/her own possession, which was held by the victim D.

(2) On September 2015, at a place where a location below Seoul is unknown, the victim G: (a) while driving the said taxi, the victim G did not take necessary procedures, such as returning to the victim, the victim G, who was a drunk guest, the Plaintiff, while driving the said taxi, and did not take any necessary procedures, such as returning the said card to the victim.

B. A thief (1) On September 11, 2015, the Defendant 1, around 00:30 on September 11, 2015, around 00:0, the Defendant 1 opened a new card (number J) owned by the victim I, a under the influence of alcohol, while driving the said taxi, and calculated the taxi by a defective card, and the Defendant 1 sent the password to the victim.

“After identifying a password from the injured person,” the above credit card was cut off by changing the victim’s first credit card as if the victim was a quasi-credit card.

(2) On October 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:00, the Defendant: (b) in the vicinity of the Manan-si Lan-si Lan-si Lan-si; (c) in the course of driving the said taxi, KB national credit card (number M) owned by the Defendant, KB, who is a drunk passenger, while driving the said taxi, changed the calculation of taxi charges; and (d) the defective victim is obliged to inform the Defendant of the password.

The term "one credit card owned by the victim" means a credit card owned by the victim in a manner that does not return the card to the victim under the influence of alcohol after identifying the password from the victim.
