1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant Republic of Korea shall register the Suwon District Court with respect to the land specified in the attached list No. 4.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. As a result of the land survey project conducted during the Japanese Occupation Period, E completed the registration of preservation of ownership on May 31, 1916 as to the I return 667 square meters divided from the above land on May 31, 1916 after receiving the assessment of the Gyeonggi-gun F (the name of the current administrative district was changed to G with the wife population at the time of permission; hereinafter “G”), and the J completed the registration of preservation of ownership on December 16, 1920 as to the L return 713 square meters divided from the above land and M return 77 square meters divided from the above land on December 16, 1920.

B. The Plaintiff’s father N (Cre Chang-nameO) completed the registration of transfer of ownership on January 9, 194, respectively, as to the first 667 square meters on February 1, 194, L 713 square meters and M 77 square meters on February 1, 194.

C. At the time of the 25th incident, the official cadastral records of the I reply 67 square meters, L 713 square meters, and M 77 square meters were destroyed and restored, and the first response 67 square meters were divided into 651 square meters and P 16 square meters. ② L 713 square meters were divided into L 686 square meters and Q 27 square meters, ③ M 77 square meters were divided into 31 square meters and R 46 square meters.

Defendant B, based on the above restored cadastral record on February 3, 1965, completed each registration of initial response 651 and L response 686 as the receipt of the Suwon District Court Port Office under the Suwon District Court Decision No. 3461, and the R response 460 as the receipt of the same registry office.

E. Following the subsequent conversion into the area and multiple subdivisions, part of land category changes, ① The first 651 square meters was 403 square meters for an I school site, S 60 square meters, 23 square meters for a T school site, 72 square meters for U road, 379 square meters for V roads, 656 square meters for W, and X 24 square meters for a school site. ② The second 686 square meters for L was 112 square meters for L, 702 square meters for a road, 353 square meters for a Z road, 1,076 square meters for AB, and 24 square meters for AB at the time of registration of subdivision. ③ R 46 square meters was 145 square meters for R, AC road, and 7 square meters for a registration of ownership transfer under the above B’s name at the time of registration of subdivision.

However, after L has been divided into Y, Y was divided into Y, Z, AA, and AB, and the book-type register with regard to Y before division is changed into card-type register.
