1. The Defendant caused the termination of the title trust on March 15, 2016 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. Although a motor vehicle listed in the attached list is registered in the name of the plaintiff, the fact is owned by the defendant, and the defendant trusted a title to the plaintiff.
B. The Plaintiff terminated a title trust agreement on the instant motor vehicle with the service of the duplicate of the complaint of this case, and seeks to accept the transfer registration procedure.
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
