A. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15,000,000.

B. The defendant did not pay the above fine.

1. From July 3, 2015 to July 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received cyber money equivalent to the sum of KRW 1,487,00,00 in the total amount of KRW 1,4870,00,00 from the Nam-gu Q and the 9th floor office to purchase the horse tickets (R and S) to purchase the horse tickets on behalf of Defendant C; and (b) carried out gambling using a racing operated by the Marin society by exchanging and commercializing the winning money in the real event of being loaded by selling the horse games on a real time at the said website.

2. Defendant C

(a) No person, other than a Korean society, shall commit any act similar to riding voting, in connection with a racing conducted by a marina society, in paying property or property benefits to the enemy;

The Defendant, along with T, deposited cash in the deposit account after receiving the ID and password of the closed website from the person who is the operator of the private horse site, and received the deposit account number, deposited the cash in advance, recruited members, allowed members to participate in the betting, such as racing held in the actual horse race track through the telephone order, paid the dividend to the members, and conspired with the operator to divide the profits according to the result of the competition.

From June 5, 2015 to July 19, 2015, the Defendant received 327,840,000 won in total from the operators of the Nam-gu Q and 9th floor (U, V,W, and X) of the relevant site, from the operators of the private horse terminal (U,V,W, and X) to deposit account, and deposited 327,840,000 won in the accounts under the name of Y (new Z) such as the first column of the annexed crime list 1, and received them. After receiving cyber money equivalent to 110% of the deposit amount, the Defendant recruited its members and recruited its members to betting along with the racing that is held in the actual horse race track by the order method, and the Defendant mails according to the results of racing.
