The Defendants do not clearly dispute the same facts as stated in “the cause of the claim” and “the cause of the modified claim” (the Defendants are merely a defense of qualified acceptance). It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the Defendants’ liability is recognized within the scope of inherited property (if there is no inherited property, there shall be no liability) by reflecting the Defendants’ defense of qualified acceptance.
