1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 200,216,08 and KRW 133,725,375 among them, from November 20, 201 to 64.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. As to Defendant 1 and 2, a judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) is rendered against Defendant 3 by public notice (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
