Of the facts charged in the instant case.

1. The Defendant: (a) provided that he leased the 2nd floor office in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu D2, so that he could gamble “ball,” thereby receiving usage fees; and (b) planned to open gambling by lending gambling money.

A. On August 17, 2013, from around 20:00 to around 10:00 the following day, the Defendant and C prepared chips, etc. used at the above office as KRW 520,000 per card and KRW 1,000,000, and opened gambling for profit by holding 4 card per e and F, etc., holding three times a card with three times, and finally holding three times a card with three times, and the card with three times and the number is different from the pattern of the 4th card with a large number, a person who has the lowest number compared the daily number is called as “baline” in a way that he/she gets the winner, who received KRW 3 to 70,00 per hour from E, etc. for the purpose of making profits.

B. On August 25, 2013, from around 20:00 to 10:00 the following day, the Defendant and C prepared chips, etc. using card 52 to KRW 1,000,000 from the above office with cards 52 and KRW 1,00,00, and opened gambling for profit by getting E, etc. gambled with gambling in the above manner, and receiving KRW 3-70,00 per hour from E, etc. as usage fees, and making them chip for profit.

On August 26, 2013, from around 21:00 to around 10:00 the following day, the Defendant and C prepared chips using card 52 to KRW 1,00,000 from the above office and opened gambling for profit by allowing E, etc. to gambling in the above way, and receiving KRW 3-70,000 per hour from E, etc. as user fees, and then re-entering gambling for profit.

The Defendant and C prepared chips, etc. used from around 22:00 on August 27, 2013 to around 09:00 on the following day with card 52 and one million won in the above office, and had E, etc. gambled by the foregoing method.
