The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted, the court below is just in finding the Defendant guilty of all the charges of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on the confusion of business entities in violation of the Unfair Competition Prevention and Trade Secret Protection Act, the legal principles on the spread of false facts and intent in the crime of interference with business, and the implied presumption acceptance in the crime of forging private documents

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
