1. Details of the disposition;
A. On July 2019, the Plaintiff, at B University (hereinafter the Defendant University), supported “special screening for Korean nationals residing in the Republic of Korea (hereinafter the “special screening for Korean nationals residing in the Republic of Korea”)” in the capacity of “Korean nationals residing in the Republic of Korea” and passed around October 2019.
B. On March 31, 2020, the Defendant confirmed that the Plaintiff’s mother was staying in China for two years and six months, and two years and six months, which are the requirements for the guardian’s sojourn period stipulated in the special screening recruitment outline, and that the Plaintiff’s mother was staying in China. On March 31, 2020, the Defendant revoked the Plaintiff’s pass on the ground that the applicant’s qualification is not satisfied.
