A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. A theft: (a) around October 3, 2013, the Defendant: (b) cut off one copy of the “Cerat shop” in the “Cratum shop” located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (c) in the victim D’s handbag, one copy of the market price test MCM sheet containing a credit card, body card, resident registration certificate, medical insurance certificate, bank security card, etc., which is owned by the victim.
2. Attempted fraud;
A. B. C. On October 3, 2013, the Defendant purchased a coffee amounting to KRW 3,750 from H located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Gyeongwon-si, and suggested that he was his nameless employee, as if he had been his card, and attempted to acquire it, but the Defendant attempted to obtain it by fraud amounting to KRW 3,750 from the above employee, which was not approved.
On October 3, 2013, the Defendant purchased goods amounting to KRW 3,850,00, in a lot panel, 3,850, located in the counter of Changwon-si, Changwon-si around 16:49, and presented D’s card which was stolen to an employee in his name as if he was his card, and then presented it as if he was his card.
