1. The Defendant’s KRW 25,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 20% per annum from August 3, 2015 to September 30, 2015.

Reasons

1. Since the Defendant, on October 10, 2001, ordered the Plaintiff to prepare a cash custody certificate of KRW 100 million with respect to the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff has a claim amounting to KRW 100 million with respect to the Defendant. As part of the claim, the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 25 million with respect to the amount of KRW 25 million and damages for delay. 2.
