1. The Defendant’s KRW 73,909,730 among the Plaintiff and KRW 67,50,000 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 6,409,730 from July 18, 2015 to KRW 6,409,730.

Some dismissed parts of the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended, and the legal interest rate for cases for which the pleadings of the first instance have not been concluded until October 1, 2015, are applied respectively to the interest rate of 20% per annum under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015, and the interest rate of 15% per annum under the amended provisions from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment. Thus, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from October 1, 2015 to the date of full payment exceeds the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum.
