1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount and each of the above amounts stated in the "total amount" among the details of the attached Form 2.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a company whose purpose is to manufacture and construct integrated energy supply facility facilities, and the plaintiffs are current or former workers belonging to the defendant.

Wages paid to employees belonging to the defendant are determined by the rules on the salary of employees and the rules on the implementation of the rules on the annual salary system (Evidence A) and the rules on the implementation of the rules on the annual salary system (Evidence A) and the rules on the welfare (Evidence A 3).

The main contents of the above provisions are as follows.

[Regulations on Remuneration of Employees] Article 3 (Definition of Terms) (Definition) The definitions of terms used in this Regulation shall be as follows:

2. The term "annual salary" means basic annual salary and performance-based bonus;

3. The term "basic annual salary" means differential wages paid according to an individual's ability;

Article 4 (Annual Salary Contracts) An annual salary contract shall be concluded on a yearly basis of the results of service in the preceding year.

Article 17 (Basic Annual Salaries) The basic annual salary shall be determined to reflect the ability to perform his/her duties, and detailed matters therefor shall be determined separately by the president.

Article 18 (Allowances Outside Annual Salaries) The kinds and scope of payment of extra-annual allowances to be paid to employees shall be as specified in attached Table 2.

Article 19 (Performance-Based Bonuses) (1) Bonuses paid according to the achievement of management goals, and shall be paid only to employees in office as of the payment date.

Article 20 (Exception to Payment) (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 19, when a person who has served for not less than one year and served for not less than 1/12 of the period of payment of performance-based bonus and is dismissed by application, a performance-based bonus may be paid on the date of payment of remuneration for the
