야간주거침입절도등
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Night theft;
A. On April 5, 2015, around 19:40 on April 5, 2015, the Defendant intruded into the victim D’s house located in the Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, beyond its house fence, and subsequently stolen the Defendant, with one cash 50,000 won owned by the victim, and one gold 24 K gold ebs equivalent to KRW 1,3 million in the amount of KRW 200,000,000, KRW 24K gold ebs equivalent to KRW 1,200,000, KRW 60,000.
B. On April 5, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant infringed upon the Victim F, in front of the house of the Victim E located in the Jeonju-gun of North Korea, beyond the house fence, and then cut and stolen 20,000 won cultural product rights owned by the victim.
C. On April 11, 2015, at around 20:00, the Defendant invadedd the Victim H’s house located in G G in the Jeonju-gun of North Korea beyond its house fence, and then stolen the Defendant’s 20,000 won owned by the victim, with a pair of the amount equivalent to KRW 20,000 and KRW 20,000,000.
On April 17, 2015, at around 19:00, the Defendant infringed upon the victim J’s house located in the North Korean territory I, through the front door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door, and stolen the victim’s own 50,000 won.
E. On April 19, 2015, around 19:50 on April 19, 2015, the Defendant infringed upon the victim L, located in K of the Jeonju-gun, by means of the door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door door.
2. On April 2015, the Defendant attempted to larceny at night, and around 19:00 on the date of the middle and lower order of April 2015, the Defendant invadedd the Victim N in the former North Korean Marshall, 200, beyond the house fence, and did not discover the money and valuables to be stolen, but failed to do so.
3. From April 6, 2015, the Defendant was a thief in front of the Victim P, located in Dunju-gun, North Korea, on April 6, 2015.
