1. The crimes provided for in section 2019 order7483 of this Court shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and the crimes provided for in section 2019 order8171 of this Court.
Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On May 2, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and suspended on May 10, 2018 for violating the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. at the Ansan District Court’s Ansan Branch.
After that, the suspension of execution was revoked on May 29, 2019.
The Defendant is the owner of a “C sexual traffic business” in the first floor of the building underground in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel sexual traffic in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons.
Nevertheless, from April 25, 2018 to October 8, 2018, the Defendant advertised “F” with the head of office D who serves as management of female employees, customer guidance, etc. at the said establishment, and from around April 25, 2018 to around October 8, 2018, the said establishment advertised “E,” etc., “E,” which is an Internet sexual traffic advertising site. From the customers who reported and contacted the said advertisements, the Defendant directed the customers who received KRW 80,00 or KRW 1.60,00 as the price for sexual traffic, and ordered them to sexual intercourse with G, H, I,J, etc. of the Thailand nationality.
Accordingly, the defendant conspiredd with D to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
The Defendant, “C” located on the first floor of the building underground in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, was the head of the overall management office of business, such as guidance on sexual traffic losses, management of sexual traffic women, etc.
In collusion with K, from March 23, 2018 to April 11, 2018, the Defendant received 80,000 won, 110,000 won, and 160,000 won from many male customers in the above C in proportion to the frequency of sexual traffic, and had them do sexual intercourse with male customers.
As a result, the defendant conspired with K to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
