The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 130 million.
Costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
Paragraph 1 shall be provisionally executed.
Reasons
If the purport of the entire argument is added to the statement in Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant will pay KRW 130 million to the plaintiff on January 5, 2020 while he/she continuously borrowed money from the plaintiff on June 30, 2020.
“As a result, the Defendant is obliged to pay the Plaintiff KRW 130 million, the amount of KRW 130,000,000,000.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
