A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant, on the date when it is difficult to know of the date of February 2012, embezzled one of the resident registration certificates owned by the victim C, who lost his/her possession, without following the prescribed procedures, such as acquiring one and returning it to the victim, in the redevelopment area located in Bupyeong-si, Bupyeong-si. In addition, the Defendant embezzled his/her thought he/she had.
2. Larceny;
A. On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) removed the owner who was parked therein and the registration number plate in front and rear the cargo vehicle in which the number is unknown, from the factory complex located in Hacheon-si D; and (b) took a theft after removing the registration number plate in front and rear the cargo vehicle.
B. At around 23:00 on August 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) removed the front and rear registration number plate from the G Poter cargo vehicle owned by the victim F, who was parked there; and (b) took a theft after removing the registration number plate from the front and rear of the G Poter cargo vehicle parked therein.
3. Violation of the Automobile Management Act;
A. On July 31, 2014, the Defendant separated “8” and “0” from the Defendant’s house located in Hacheon-gu, Y as indicated in paragraph (1) from the Defendant’s house located in Hacheon-gu, Hacheon-si, Hacheon-si, and divided into “8” and “0,” as indicated in paragraph (2). The Defendant forged the registration number plate on “09” part of the registration license plate owned by the Defendant with the main and two sides and forged it into J., and used for unlawful use by attaching it on the Defendant’s Poter vehicle from that time to July 31, 2014. B. The Defendant separated the “8” and “0,” as indicated in paragraph (1) from the place indicated in paragraph (3), and attached the “8” and “0,” from the registration license plate as indicated in paragraph (2), and attached it to the Defendant’s Poter’s unlawful part of the registration license plate as one of the stolen parts.
4. On September 4, 2014, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, paid the monthly rent at the N real estate office in the Socheon-si, Ma-si, and received.
