1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 and the interest rate therefor from June 8, 2014 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The claim indication plaintiff set up as of April 30, 2004 and lent to the defendant B as of July 5, 2002, KRW 20 million on July 16, 2002, KRW 10 million on July 31, 2002, KRW 20 million on July 31, 2002, KRW 20 million on July 31, 2002, KRW 30 million on August 26, 2002, and delay damages thereon. The defendant C is a joint and several surety of the above borrowed debt against the plaintiff of the defendant B by service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
