However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On July 13, 2012, the Defendant was aware that he/she had marital relations with C and D during marriage, and was living separately from August 2015, while filing a divorce lawsuit against C around September 2015, the Defendant is currently serving as a divorce lawsuit.

After that, while the Defendant made efforts to return again with C, but C was not in contact with the Defendant without being exposed to the Defendant’s telephone, around April 5, 2016, at around 03:00, C went to the Kim Sea-si building where C was living.
