Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a driver of food collection vehicle B.

As above, the Defendant driven the above food collection vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and caused the victim D to suffer bodily injury, such as light dump, etc., in need of light-based treatment for about three weeks, and caused the victim F to suffer bodily injury, such as base dump, in need of treatment for about three weeks, and caused the victim H to suffer bodily injury, such as base dump, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
