To the extent that it does not disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, the facts charged are partially modified and recognized.

From October 8, 2010 to December 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was a lending consultant affiliated with B, a corporation entrusted with loan recruitment; (b) was recruited from a certain fee to a person who wishes to obtain a loan for real estate loan and a loan for lease on a deposit basis; and (c) received a loan application document prepared in his/her name to each branch of B.

1. On October 2014, the Defendant: (a) knew that the Korea Housing Finance Corporation entrusted the loan to a financial institution without establishing a pledge on the lessee’s claim to refund deposit money for the purpose of lease deposit; (b) knew that the so-called lease loan system was implemented; and (c) in fact, the Defendant, the mother of the Defendant, prepared a lease agreement under the name of D as if he leased the said apartment even though he did not have leased the said apartment from D, and used it to use it for living expenses, etc. by obtaining the lease loan using the lease agreement.

Around October 21, 2014, the Defendant forged private document: (a) using the “H Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” located in G at the Government-si of Speaker-si; (b) using a computer located in G via a licensed real estate agent I via a licensed real estate agent I in the column for the location of the apartment lease agreement; (c) stating the name column of the lessor; (d) “D” in the name column; (d) in the resident registration number column; and the lessee’s personal information in the lessee column; and (d) printing it out; and (d) affixing the D’s signature in the name column using the official pen; and (d) affixing the seal attached thereto.

For the purpose of exercising this, the Defendant forged a copy of the lease contract in the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. On October 28, 2014, the Defendant is located in K in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu.
