Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who operates adult product stores on the B1st floor in Bupyeong-gu, Ocheon-gu.
No person other than a pharmacy founder shall sell or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale.
Nevertheless, around 18:35 on March 19, 2014, the Defendant received 10,000 won from 10,000 won and sold it to C, which was acquired for the purpose of sale from an unqualified adult product shop.
