The lower court’s determination of the amount of litigation costs against the Defendants was finalized on October 7, 2015, which became final and conclusive on this Court’s determination against the Defendants. Since the Plaintiff fully repaid the costs of litigation under the aforementioned determination on May 31, 2016, which was after the said determination became final and conclusive, compulsory execution based on the Defendants’ determination ought to be denied.
