On May 30, 2014, at around 01:45, the Defendant driven Bro vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.171% from the distance from the 500th to the entrance of the Manduk 2 tunnel located in the same Dong-gu, Busan, to the rear side of the Dora apartment located in the same Dong-gu.
