1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. Of the 1,378 square meters prior to Pyeongtaek-si, each point of the attached Form 1,2,3,4, and 1 shall be in order.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On June 2, 2015, Pyeongtaek-si: (a) 1,378 square meters prior to Pyeongtaek-si C (hereinafter “instant land”); and (b) 684 square meters or less of Pyeongtaek-si D forest land (hereinafter “instant land 2”).

On June 2, 2015, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the plaintiff was completed for the reason of sale due to voluntary auction on June 2, 2015.

B. The Defendant is the instant house which is not more than 68.83 square meters of a single-story house in Pyeongtaek-si E’s mentblue block adjacent to the land No. 2 of this case.

The instant housing is the owner of the instant land. Of the instant land, the instant housing was constructed with a size of 49 square meters connected in order to each point of the following: (a) indication of the attached map No. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 9.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant owned the house of this case, which affected the above part of the land 2 of this case owned by the plaintiff, 49m2, and occupied each part of the above land among the land 1 and 2 of this case by installing the obstacles of this case on each part of the above land and occupying each part of the above land. Thus, the defendant interferes with the plaintiff's ownership.
