On July 10, 2016, from around 10 to 19th of the same month, the Defendant, without registering with the competent authorities, set up one unit of smart Push game machine on the right side of the "D" entrance in Namwon-si, Namwon-si without registering with the competent authorities, and provided it to an unspecified number of customers suffering from the game.
