손해배상(기)
1. The Defendant: 25,315,258 won to the Intervenor succeeding to the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from December 2, 2016 to February 10, 2017.

Guaranteeing active cooperation on all issues related to transfer or acquisition under the principle of reciprocity and the scope of transfer or acquisition includes rights and all rights incidental thereto (such as ownership, enforcement rights, construction rights, building permits, etc., rights to the business site and buildings, rights to the fund management account, rights to the sales contract concluded with the buyer, sales rights, sales rights, and business rights, etc.).
Article 2 (Terms and Conditions of Acceptance and Prices)
1. Amount of transfer and takeover by a corporation: The amount including the sum of KRW 3,300,000 (3,300,000,000) and the part payments under paragraph 3 below shall be the amount of transfer and takeover by a corporation.
2. Contract deposit: A daily deposit which is one billion won (200,000,000 won).
3. Part payments: The payment of the total amount of interest paid by Samsung Mutual Savings Bank (the jurisdiction of Samsung Mutual Savings Bank (167-14, Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seocho-gu, 1677-14, 2 floor)) by the date of the balance payment after this contract
4. Balance: One billion won worth (3,100,000,000 won)* The Plaintiff’s loans to the Defendant Company from the time of its incorporation to June 8, 2009, including loans lent or lent for various reasons, are recognized to be KRW 3.1 billion (including KRW 1.69 billion, which the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff Company lent to Israel SPP Co., Ltd. from May 9, 2008), and the Plaintiff’s claim for payment of KRW 3.1 billion to the Defendant Company at any time.
The remaining KRW 3.1 billion is the loan claim 3.1 billion held by the plaintiff A against the defendant company.

1. Down payment: H of this billion won (200,000,000) shall be paid the said down payment to the Defendant Company at the same time as it has affixed the seal of this contract; and
2. Part payment: The part payment of the 2.4 billion won interest paid by Samsung Mutual Savings Bank in full shall be paid by H in subrogation of the defendant company from the payment date of the down payment to the payment date of the remainder.
