1. The defendant's KRW 680,000,000 and its amount shall be 5% per annum from July 9, 2003 to June 22, 2005 to the plaintiff.

On June 22, 2005, the Seoul High Court (Seoul High Court 2004Na49114), the Plaintiff filed a judgment against the Defendant that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff 680,000,000 won with the interest of 5% per annum from July 9, 2003 to June 22, 2005, and 20% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.” The above judgment was finalized on July 22, 2005.
On June 18, 2015, June 18, 2015, the filing date of the instant lawsuit (the filing date of the payment order) by the Defendant for ten years from the date the above judgment became final and conclusive.
