Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
On July 14, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by the Jung-gu District Court on July 14, 2008 due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a fine of KRW 3 million by the Jung-gu District Court on September 15, 2010.
On July 24, 2014, at around 21:15, the Defendant driven B vehicles under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 30 meters from the front of a mix to the front of the same gyke-gyke-gym of the Gecheon-gun, Gecheon-gun, Gecheon-gu, Gecheon-gun to the front of the same gyke-gym.
