1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 163,546,138 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from January 15, 2016 to the date of full payment.
According to each of the statements in Gap evidence 1 through 9, the facts of the reasons for the claim can be recognized.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from October 30, 2015 to the date following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case, as the remaining principal of the loan and the amount of 163,546,138 won after each due date as requested by the plaintiff. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 163,546,138 won as agreed upon by the plaintiff, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
