A. The parties concerned are the council of occupants' representatives of Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B Apartment (hereinafter "the apartment of this case"), and the plaintiff is the representative of the five constituency of the apartment of this case and the defendant's auditor.

B. 1) Defendant’s president, three directors, and five-party occupants of the instant apartment complex C, and 23 members of the instant apartment complex, who lost their qualifications as representatives of each Dong for the following reasons, the election commission of the instant apartment complex (hereinafter “election commission”) (hereinafter “election commission”).

(1) On May 30, 2015, the Plaintiff requested the chairperson to proceed with the procedure of dismissal against the Plaintiff. 1. On March 3, 2013, the Plaintiff: (a) as the representative of the instant apartment building by Dong Dong, committed an act of monthly commission as the representative of the 5th apartment district; (b) led the occupant representatives to lose their honor; and (c) led the workers to be able to work on a towing basis; (d) instructed the workers to visit the management office at around 22:20 on May 30, 2015; (b) decided to dismiss the Plaintiff’s meeting by holding a meeting of the election commission on the following day without consultation with the council of occupants’ representatives; and (c) decided to dismiss the workers by visiting the management office at night while under the influence of alcohol, such as going through a review of the work site; and (d) retired from office; and (d) decided to dismiss the Plaintiff from office on the following day without consultation with the council of occupants’ representatives.
