1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

A. In the order of each point of 6, 7, 18, and 6 square meters of forest C in Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do, each of which is indicated in the annexed drawing.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On August 6, 2012, the Plaintiff made an agreement with the Defendant on August 6, 2012, between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the following matters in relation to the development and operation of the Plaintiff’s land (hereinafter “instant agreement”) and the development and operation of the Plaintiff’s six lots of land, including the land category and size omitted.

(Article 1) The land subject to this Agreement shall be determined by the land owned by G, I, J, K, K, L, M, N and Eul (Defendant) or by the O, P, Q, Q, R, S, and T and over which Eul (Defendant) owns or exercises a substantial ownership.

(1) In the course of developing housing construction, etc. on the land owned by the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff (the Plaintiff) shall divide the land of the Plaintiff into land and deliver a written consent for use to the Plaintiff (the Plaintiff) so that the Plaintiff may permanently use the land of the Plaintiff’s land.

(2) With respect to any land the ownership of which is not the name of B, the owner shall be entitled to have the parcel divided and approved for use under the responsibility of B.

(3) In addition to the land referred to in Article 1, if there is any land required to be divided and approved in relation to the development of the land owned by A, it was omitted from the land above.

B shall be additionally divided and approved for use.

(Article 3) The transfer of ownership on the share in land is to make the transfer of ownership on the share to A by December 31, 2012, so that the part of the land in U, V,W, X, Q, which is owned by the family of B and B, is to be used as a road in relation to the development of land A, in addition to the land in Article 1.

(Article 4) The Defendant shall actively cooperate in obtaining permission from the administrative authority to develop the land owned by the Plaintiff in relation to the development of the land owned by the Plaintiff.

B. On July 16, 2014, the Defendant owned the Defendant with the title “written consent to the use of the road site and written consent to the use of the land” on the land C and E owned by the Defendant.
