1. On August 14, 2019, the Defendant concluded that the victim C would send the vehicle to the victim at the Kakakao Stockholm, “I would first deposit KRW 6,200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to deliver the vehicle promised even if he received the vehicle price from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, and 6.2 million won was remitted from the victim for vehicle price, and acquired it by fraud.

2. On August 16, 2019, the Defendant called the victim E by phone, and confirmed the vehicle that “3 million won is to be deposited first, after checking the vehicle to be deposited in the name of the country”, the Defendant sent the victim E with a false statement to the effect that the payment of the remaining KRW 3 million is made.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to deliver the vehicle promised even if he received the vehicle price from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, and received 3 million won from the victim as the vehicle price.

On the same day, the Defendant continued to call to the victim and verify the motor vehicle (F) in which he had possessed, and there is no significant number of motor vehicles. First, the Defendant would send a vehicle if he/she transfers KRW 1 million to the down payment. The remainder was false that “the remittance is made after taking over the vehicle.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to deliver the vehicle promised even if he received the vehicle price from the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim, and received 1 million won as vehicle price from the victim.

As such, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 4 million from the victim on two occasions.

3. On August 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around August 16, 2018, at the Kakao Stockholm to the victim B, 36 million new carp vehicles on a temporary number plate.
