2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On July 1985, the status of the parties as the members of the Council of the Korean Film Supervisors (hereinafter referred to as the “B church”) is a branch church in the area of Chungcheong C, which is established in the area of Chungcheong C, and the Plaintiff is a church established around July 2013 by some of the members of the B church which has resolved to withdraw from the Association of the Korean Film Supervisors.

On the other hand, the defendant is a corporation established for the purpose of managing all church's land, buildings, and other properties that are joined the order of the Korea Youth Association.

B. The land indicated in paragraph (1) of the annexed Table 1 is used as the site for the church building of B church from May 198 to October 2006. The buildings listed in paragraph (2) of the annexed Table 2 have been used as the building of B church from May 198 to October 2006. The land listed in paragraph (1) of the annexed Table 1 is used as the building of B church from May 31, 1990 to December 31, 199 with respect to the land listed in paragraph (2) of the annexed Table 2, and the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of D church, who was the member of B church, and the building listed in paragraph (2) of the annexed Table 2, from March 25, 2003 to March 31, 2003, the ownership transfer registration of the above land and building was completed on March 31, 2003 to October 206, 2006.

Since May 20, 198, the registration of ownership transfer has been completed in the name of E, which was a member of the B church, since May 20, 1998. On March 8, 2007, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the defendant, and on August 2, 2006, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the defendant on August 2, 2006, immediately after the new construction of the building in paragraph 4 of the attached list.
