A. 1) The Defendant filed a lawsuit against the Plaintiff seeking compensation, etc. for damages under the Youngju District Court’s Young-dong Branch 2013Kadan590, Jun. 4, 2013 (hereinafter “the instant recommendation order”). On November 26, 2014, the compulsory auction had been applied for the money stated in the claim amount, and accordingly the registration of the decision to commence compulsory auction was completed.

Suwon District Court Decision 4738 of 2015 (hereinafter referred to as "two million won and one of them) based on the rate of 20% per annum from July 1, 2013 to May 19, 2015, the deposit date, from July 19, 2015, to May 19, 2015, for delay damages of 376,986 won, and the remaining one million won, with the rate of 20% per annum from August 1, 2013 to May 19, 2015, following the due date for repayment, to KRW 360,000 per annum from August 1, 2013 to May 19, 2015.
