1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 70,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 9, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. On April 17, 2006, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 70 million to the Defendant by the due date on July 11, 2006. Since the Defendant did not repay the above loan even after the due date, the Plaintiff sought payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment.
