1. On March 4, 1996, the Defendant: (a) on the portion of 1/6, out of 15 square meters in Seo-gu, Daegu District Court 15 square meters in relation to the Plaintiff.
1. Indication of claim;
A. On February 27, 1996, the Plaintiff entered into a pre-sale agreement with 15 square meters of land in Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and accordingly completed the provisional registration for ownership transfer registration under the Plaintiff’s name as to the said land under the title of the Seo-gu District Court Seo-Support No. 16548, Mar. 4, 1996.
B. Therefore, the Defendant, one of the heirs of the network D, is obligated to implement the registration procedure for ownership transfer on the part of 1/6 shares, which are the legal shares of the Defendant, out of the above land, as stated in the purport of the claim, for the Plaintiff who expressed his/her intent to complete the purchase and sale.
2. Judgment made by deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
