1. Around 01:40 on April 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driving a BMW car, which led to the flow of one lane between the two lanes near Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (Seoul) and the width of the company’s shooting distance from the ebbbbbs.

As a result, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, thereby causing the injury of people.

On the date and time set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant: (a) driven BMW car at approximately 1 km while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.104% on the road near the Seoulcheon-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul at the front of the mutual influence store; and (b) at the same time, on the same road near the Gu C, the same as blood alcohol concentration.
