1. The Defendant’s revocation of business permission against the Plaintiff on September 23, 2013 shall be revoked.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
1. Details of the disposition;
A. The Plaintiff, who is an operator of the instant business, acquired an entertainment tavern (hereinafter “C”) under the name of “C,” located on the branch floor of a 168.33 square meters and a 168.33 square meters building (hereinafter “instant building”) on the ground of the 1st floor in Guri-si’s land neighborhood living facilities and store usage. On November 18, 2012, the Plaintiff reported the succession of the status as a business operator in the name of the Plaintiff, changed the title of the said entertainment tavern to the Plaintiff, and operated the instant business from around that time.
B. The actual location of the instant business establishment (Guri-si B) is different from that of the location on the business license management ledger managed by the Defendant (Guri-si D). In fact, the instant business establishment is located on the branch of the building B at Guri-si as above. The business license management ledger (Y evidence 3-1) of the said business establishment is recorded as “Guri-si D.” (2) The new business license related to the instant business establishment was made on June 11, 1985. At the time, at the request of Nonparty E, the Defendant: (a) on the old business license management ledger (Yri-si) was located on the old business license management ledger (Yri-si), the size was 1,662 square meters prior to division and replotting; (b) on July 30, 1977, the previous business license was divided into the size of H 185 square meters, K 1,41 square meters, and the previous business license was divided into 30 square meters on June 1, 1985.
The term "G" was written as a business license for an entertainment drinking house with the trade name "G".
3) In the course of a land readjustment project that was conducted after the land readjustment project, the land size was partially decreased, but the land size was partially decreased, while the land size was 1,041.8 square meters in Guri-si, Guri-si, Dari-si, Dari-si, 185 square meters in Guri-si, H, 185 square meters in Guri-si, and I 1,623 square meters in Guri-si, Guri-si (the location of the business establishment of this case in the J and current business register of the land substitution site), while the land readjustment project in Guri-si, Guri-si, 1,441 square meters in Guri-si, Guri-si, Dari-si, 25 July 25, 1989.
