1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 500,000,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual interest thereon from April 17, 2014 to May 24, 2019; and (b) on May 25, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(Provided, That since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings were amended on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, only 12% per annum, which is the interest rate pursuant to the above amendment, shall be recognized from June 1, 2019).
