A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is an employer who produces and sells sun-dried salt in the process of operating a salt farm of the size of 4,000 square meters by employing one victim D (the age of 48) and one other without trade name, and the victim is an intellectual disability in intelligence index 43 and social lodging index 45, who worked in the above salt farm from January 201 to February 6, 2014.
1. On January 2001, the Defendant: (a) paid 200,000 won to an unauthorized job placement service provider who is unable to know the trade name in the Southern-dong of Sinpo-si; (b) introduced the victim; and (c) used the victim’s disorder to communicate with his/her address and low intelligence; and (d) led the victim to work in his/her salt farm without paying his/her wage without attracting the victim and under his/her control.
Accordingly, the Defendant provided the victim with a meal service for the instant period to the head of the Defendant, who was at the time of drinking and drinking home, and had the victim work in his salt farms and dry field without paying wages to the victim up to February 6, 2014, by providing the victim with a meal for the instant period to the frighter and frighter for the instant period. 2.
